Stalled software project? We take it over.
The developer stopped answering, the agency went quiet, the rollout is months late, or an app built in a hurry broke in production. We secure what you have, tell you honestly where it stands, and finish it.
Sounds familiar?
- The project has been “85% done” for months.
- Your developer or agency has disappeared, or gone out of business.
- The ERP or CRM rollout stalled, and the team went back to spreadsheets.
- An app built quickly, with or without AI, works until real users arrive.
- Nobody can tell you who holds the code, the domain, or the server passwords.
First, secure what you own
- The domain and its DNS account
- Hosting and server access
- The source code repository
- App store and payment accounts
- Third-party services and their API keys
We help you move each one into your company's name before anything else. If the previous vendor won't hand something over, the contract decides who owns it, and we tell you what can be recovered without it.
The project health check
- A written verdict: continue, fix, or rebuild, with the reasons.
- What actually works today, tested rather than taken from a status report.
- The risks: security, data, and anything that could stop the business.
- A fixed-price plan for the next step.
How it works
A free 30-minute call
You tell us what happened. We tell you what we'd need to see.
A paid health check
We get access, read the code, run what can be run, and write up the verdict. Fixed price, credited if we continue together.
Fix or finish
A fixed-price plan, delivered by the senior engineers who did the check. Code, servers, and documentation stay in your name.
We don't quote a rescue before we've seen the code. A number given before the audit only moves.
Questions
Will you just tell us to rebuild everything?
Only if that's cheaper. Often the core is sound, and the fastest path is to fix what's broken and finish the rest.
We don't have the source code. Can you still help?
Sometimes. It depends on what is running and what your contract says. The health check tells you what can be recovered.
Can you take over code another team or an AI tool wrote?
Yes. Reading and taking over other people's code is most of what this work is.
Who does the work?
The same senior engineers who do the check. No hand-off to a junior team.
