Privacy notice

What we collect, why, and how long we keep it. Short, because we collect very little.

No tracking, no cookies

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. Fonts are served from our own server. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. If that changes, this notice will be updated before the change goes live.

Personal data

Apart from the server logs described below, this site collects personal data in one place only: the message form at the end of the AI Readiness Check, which you fill in yourself.

The AI Readiness Check

The AI Readiness Check runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are processed there and are not sent to us or stored anywhere, while you answer the questions or when you view your result.

If you send us a message from your result, we receive your email address, your message, whether you asked for a call, and your answers together with the result they produced. We use them for one purpose only: to answer you and, if it goes further, to prepare an engagement.

The message is posted to our team's channel on Discord (Discord Inc., 444 De Haro Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), acting as our processor, and to an internal tool running on our own servers.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request, and our legitimate interest in answering a business inquiry.

We treat these requests like any other inquiry: we keep them for up to 24 months, then delete them, unless they lead to a contract.

Links to a result

The check's links (the link to your result, which you can keep or share, and the one for your CTO or CEO) carry your answers inside the link itself, after the # sign. Browsers do not send that part of a link to the server, so nothing is stored on our side. Anyone you give the link to can see the answers in it.

Server logs

Our web server and Cloudflare record technical data — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent — for security, to keep the site running, and to count visits. These logs are kept for a short period and are not combined with anything else or used to profile you.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, for it to be corrected or erased, for processing to be restricted, or object to it. The address for such requests will be published here together with the company details.

You may also complain to the Hungarian data protection authority (Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11, [email protected]).

Client projects

This notice covers this website only. When we build systems for a client, that client is the controller of the data in them and we act as processor under a separate data processing agreement.
