Step 1
Discovery call
Free · 30 minutesTell us what you need. We'll discuss the scope, who would do the work, and when we can start.
We build and modernize business software at AI speed, with engineers who stand behind every release.
Build
New products, internal tools, and features in systems you already run.
For companies that need software built around how they work: a new web or mobile product, an internal tool that replaces spreadsheets and manual steps, or a feature inside a system already in production. We shape the scope with you, design the architecture, build and test it, and take it live. AI speeds up our work; it goes into your product only where it is the better answer.
Finance, telecoms, healthcare, logistics, the public sector: we have built products and internal platforms in all of them.
Modernize
Change old systems without stopping the business.
For systems that have become slow to change, risky to release, or expensive to run: an aging codebase, a monolith nobody wants to touch, a database or platform you want to leave. We map what the system really does, protect the integrations that depend on it, and modernize in steps that can each go live on their own. Every migration comes with a validation and rollback plan, so the old system keeps working until the new one has proved itself.
From security products to financial platforms, we have modernized and migrated many live systems.
Connect
Put AI inside the systems you already use.
Assistants that answer from your own documents and data, and agents that work inside your CRM, ERP, and internal tools. We connect them over open standards like MCP, so you are not tied to one vendor, and we decide with you who may see and do what before anything goes live. Every action is logged, and a person approves the steps that matter.
Connecting business systems is everyday work for us, and so is working with AI.
Own
Your data stays in your network.
When data can't leave your network, or cloud AI costs grow faster than their value, we run open-weight models on your own hardware or inside your own cloud account. We size the setup against the real workload first, from a single server to multi-GPU clusters, and tell you plainly when a cloud API is the better deal.
Running production infrastructure has long been part of our work, and we run open-weight models on our own hardware today.
Every engagement starts with a free call. Then, depending on the work, comes a written proposal or an AI Readiness Review, with an optional workshop before it. You decide at every step whether to go further, and what you paid for is yours either way.
Step 1
Tell us what you need. We'll discuss the scope, who would do the work, and when we can start.
Step 2 · optional
For companies without their own development team, or not ready for a full review. One day with up to four of your people, in Budapest or online, on one problem or one system. Within three working days you get a written decision note: whether it is worth doing, how we would approach it, roughly what it would take, and what to do first.
If you order a project or a Review within 30 days, we deduct the full workshop fee from its price.
Step 3 · depending on the work
For software work
For a defined build or modernization. We write down the scope, deliverables, schedule, and a fixed price for each stage. Once you accept it, we sign a contract and start.
For AI work
We look at your processes, data, and systems, and at how your team specifies, builds, tests, and releases software. You get a ranked plan: what's worth doing, what can wait, and what to leave alone, with what each would take.
The number of teams, systems, and codebases sets the price, and it is fixed before we start. If you order a prototype within 60 days of the readout, we deduct the full Review fee from its price.
From there, the work runs in stages, each at a fixed price and each ending with something you keep. How we work → After go-live, support and maintenance are available as a monthly retainer.
Prices exclude VAT where VAT applies. We take on a few projects at a time, so we tell you upfront when we can start.
Yes, if the scope is clear. A single feature, one migration step, or a one-day workshop is a fine place to start.
The people you talk to on the first call. We agree the team and the start date before any paid work begins.
No. We can build and run the system for you, or hand it over to your team with documentation and training. You decide at the end of every stage.
You do. Source code, infrastructure, and documentation are yours from the first stage.
We agree access, data handling, and limits in writing before we start, and use only what the work needs. With sensitive data, the work can stay entirely inside your network.
Yes, wherever it makes the work faster. If your policies rule out AI tools, we work without them. Either way, engineers review every change and stay accountable for the architecture, security, and everything that goes into production.
