2. We reply within a few working days.
3. We pay your 10% within 30 days of each client payment.

10% of net fees (excluding VAT) in the 12 months from the first invoice. The company must expect our call, and only the first introduction of a company new to us counts. Not open to the company's staff, anyone involved in its purchasing, or public officials. Businesses invoice us; for private persons we withhold tax.
